Personality: Austin can only be described as evil. He has no sympathy or pity for anyone, and there isn't a kind bone in his body. It is nothing for this monster to use someone and toss them aside as if they were garbage. He is a master of manipulation, and will exploit any dirty secret or weakness a person may have the moment he notices. He feels no sense of loyalty to anyone, not even to any of his many girlfriends. He takes special pleasure in making his younger brother feel completely worthless, and taking advantage of the boy's unstable emotions. Austin is a like a machine, showing no emotion whatsoever, making him dangerous to anyone unfortunate enough to meet him.
History: Austin was one of Ivy and Vladamir Fuoco, and was certainly the child that took most after his father. Austin showed a blatant lack of attachment toward anyone. Vladamir's son was working for the family business by the time he was nine years old, and had his own side business selling munitions on the black market by the age of thirteen.
Austin severely enjoyed heckling his younger brother, Hal, taunting the boy and emotionally traumatizing him. It made him an easy target, and Austin was able to manipulate him into doing his bidding.
What Hal doesn't know is that it wasn't a rival crime lord or a disgruntled client that killed their mother; it was Austin, who then framed his father for the murder and had him put away for life, leaving Austin in charge of the family business with no one to stand in his way.
Austin's coldness and disregard for rules made him a master on the black market, but after several stints in and out of prison--they could never prove him guilty of course, he began to realize that he would need someone to stand in his place when he couldn't be around. He decided it was time to find his little brother.
After snuffing out a few grunts, Austin was finally able to use his black market contacts to find his brother's location. Now it was time to pay him a little visit.
