Ah, the mall. Where teens and adults alike flocked to enjoy the leisures and addictive fun of shopping. Teenagers maxed out their unsuspecting parents' credit cards and adults indulged in their guilty pleasures while their kids were away at school. It was the ultimate hang out.
Shego's heels clicked monotonously against the tile floor as she strutted through the mall. Her arms were already laden with shopping bags, full of goodies purchased with Daddy's money. Only the best for his little girl. His platinum card was gripped in her perfectly painted fingers, her Crackle polish glittering every time her waving arms hit the light. Her high-dollar sunglasses perched atop her raven-colored tresses, and her stylish green tank and Hollister jeans were gathering stares as she walked by.
Tossing her hair over her shoulder, Shego waved at a few college-age boys as she passed by them, winking. She ignored them and kept walking, smiling with perverse delight at their dropped jaws.
She walked into a department store and immediately began setting her fasions sensors on high alert. She picked up a hat, turning it over and inspecting it carefully before replacing it on the rack and continuing in her search. She snapped at several other girls who were shopping in the store, ordering them out of her way as she shopped. She grinned as they hurried away, spatting obscentities at her. She rummaged through the jeans they had been looking at, finding a pair she liked, and throwing them over her arm. This went on for awhile, with her finding several items she liked, trying them on, and either tossing them aside in disgust or adding them to the growing collection on her arm.
Deciding she had enough from that store, she began making her way toward the register and the dorky-looking cashier there, when something caught her eye. Sitting pristinely on a rack, as if a row of angels was surrounding it, was a gorgeous top. It was the only one that remained, and--what do you know?--it was in her size! She smiled darkly and began reaching for the top... Dun dun dunnnnnnn~

Kim looked as a group of giggling girls hurried out of the shop. Off to find a pair of matching shoes, she assumed. Of course, with the incredible sales the mall was having, she wasn't surprised that they would be so excited to leave. She gave a small wave and scanned the rack of dresses. After all, the dance was coming up soon, and she wanted to look her best. Unfortunately, this store's dresses weren't the best. It was more well known for the casual wear than the formal clothes. She sighed and walked towards the front, where they kept their cutest clothes. Her eyes landed upon an adorable pair of skinny jeans and she picked them up.
Now I just need something cute to go with it, she thought, looking around the store for something nice enough to pair up with the dark denim. Sitting on the shelf in front of her was the most adorable green tank top. Green would be the perfect color under her red hair. They complimented each other, and the design was just perfect. She smiled, knowing it was the last on the rack. The rest of the store was almost completely empty, so it was hers, and nobody elses.
She reached for the top and pulled it down, noticing another head on the other side of the rack. The girl looked about her age and had dark hair and dark eyes. "Excuse me," Kim said, giving her a smile.

Shego watched in horror as the top she was about to grab was snatched from under her petite nose. Oh, no. Oh, hell no. Shego glared at the ginger, ignoring the girl's friendly smile, her almond-colored eyes latched onto the top. Her top. She marched around the rack to stand in front of the girl, hands on her full hip, which was popped out angrily. Her stance was that of a tigress ready to pounce.
People didn't take things that Shego wanted. To do so was folly indeed. People that took stuff Shego wanted usually ended up having their faces rearranged by her hired help. They knew better than to take what she wanted after that. She didn't just want the top, she needed it. For what, she hadn't the slightest idea, but she wasn't about to let some frou frou ginger walk away with it. After all, she had a reputation to protect
"I don't know who you think you are, but that's my top I saw it first. I mean, did you not see me reaching for it? So you might as well just hand it over." She held out her hand, waiting for her demands to be met as usual and the top handed over. [OOC: Sorry for the shortness. >.<]

The dark haired girl didn't seem so happy about losing her top. Kim watched as the girl appraoched her, but her smile vanished. Unfortunately, this didn't seem like the type of girl who took no for an answer. While Kim didn't exactly think that losing the top was a huge dilemma, there was no way she was going to let a girl with spoiled issues have it.
"It's a shirt, is it really such a big deal?" Kim asked, her eyebrow raised. Perhaps if the girl asked for it nicely, she might give it up, but that didn't look like it was about to happen any time soon. "No, I didn't see you reaching for it. The other stack of shirts was in the way. And who says you were the one to see it first. Did you see me on the other side? I could have seen it first, you twit."
The girl was looking at her expectantly. As if she would hand over a top to a greedy, spoiled, twit! Did she really think it would be so easy to get the shirt? This girl needed a lesson about manners, and Kim wasn't afraid to give it, unlike the other girls in the store.

The smile was wiped clean off Shego's face. Not only had the girl not handed over the top, she had blatantly refused to and had the audacity to confront Shego over it! She dug a perfectly painted fingernail into her ear to make sure she had heard correctly. But there was no mistaking it. The ginger was not planning on handing over the top.
Shego tried to retain her composure. No one ever said no to her. Even when they did, she could usually buy a 'yes' off of them. But it seemed that this audacious girl was the exception to her favorite rule. And she hated exceptions. They brought out a cool, calculating anger that Shego did not particularly like being known for. She did not like being brought to such a rage over petty matters, preferring things to just go her way and be forgotten about. But this girl had challenged her. And she was going to regret it.
Tossing her hair over her shoulder, Shego calmly placed her sunglasses in her Gucci bag. Her dark gaze rounded on the other girl, and a poisonously sweet smile danced across and pasted itself on her lips.
"Look here, fire crotch," she said, examining her nails and speaking in a toxic-honey tone. " You have about three seconds to hand over that top." She extended her index finger. "One." She extended her middle finger. "Two." But she never got to three; she had never planned on it. Swinging her arm with all her might, the bags hanging from it protesting being jostled with a raucous noise, she back-handed the other girl, her eyes narrow slits of anger.

"Fire crotch? You have got to be kidding me," Kim said, almost laughing at the girl's attempt at an insult. Was that seriously the best the girl could come up with? Of course, they always do the countdown, but this one did it with style. Flipping her off on one? How creative. Kim, however, didn't exactly expect for the girl to actually attack her.
Out of reflex, Kim dropped the shirt onto the ground and blocked the girl's attack with a quick sweep of her hand. It was just a slap, but a physical fight over a shirt? She had only seen it in movies or cheesy television shows. Kim never actually thought she would be a part of one, but this wasn't just about the shirt. It was about the attitude her opponent had over it. "Okay, seriously? It's just a shirt. So NOT the drama," Kim said, refusing to throw a punch, kick, or even a mere slap over something so small, though it was hard when you were the victim practicing self defense.
"I don't know who you think you are, but, like it or not, I had the shirt first." Kim pushed the girl's arm away and picked up the shirt she had dropped on the floor before walking towards the register. "I assume you go to school at the academy? I guess I'll see you around."

When her slap was deflected, Shego's lip curled up in an unattractive snarl, marring her otherwise pretty features. This little brat was quickly getting under her skin, and Shego did not like having things not go her way. She rounded on some giggling teenagers who paused to watch the confrontation, spewing a string of obscenities at them. They shot her fearful look and quickly scurried away. That was more like it; people were supposed to be intimidated by her. She had most certainly not lost her touch. This little ginger just didn't know who she was messing with.
Shego carefully placed her shopping bags on the floor, stacking them neatly and meticulously against the rack where her prized top once lay. She placed her her purse on top, carefully putting her sunglasses inside and snapping the bag closed. She stood up, straightened her hair in one of the column mirrors, and smoothed the slight wrinkles out of her top. She was tempted to reapply her makeup, but there simply wasn't time for that.
Following close behind the other girl as she walked toward the register, Shego stopped just behind her and examined her nails once more. Out of nowhere, she grabbed the top in one hand, and the girl's ginger hair in the other, yanking her head back and glaring hard at her. "I said," she hissed, "GIVE ME THAT TOP!"

The woman at the counter watched as the small display occurred. When Kim reached the counter, she shot a glare back at the girl. Did this girl never give up? Was she really that spoiled? She turned her attention back to the register and smiled at the cashier. The woman was giving them a nervous smile, but her eyes were looking over her shoulder at the primping, princess-wannabe prat. There weren't many people that Kim didn't get along with at the school.
She got along well with Ariel, despite the small differences they had in opinion. She and Goliath were the best of friends. Even her and Minerva got along really well despite the fact the girl was annoying. She was still sweet and tolerable. But this brat was annoying, spoiled, conceited, and rude. What else was there to add to the list? Oh well, you can't like everyone. Just ignore her and it will go away. Kinda like a stray cat.
The girl was practically stepping on Kim's heels as she was at the counter, but Kim tried to act as if she wasn't there. She was about to place the shirt on the counter when another hand reached from behind her and grabbed it. Not only that, but another reached for her hair. This girl was kidding, right?
Kim refused to let go of the shirt with her hand, but the other pushed grabbed the girl's wrist and Kim spun under her arm, attempting to pull her hair free from the twat that had a hold of it.

A wicked grin split Shego's lips as her fingers sank deeper into the mass of red hair. This skank would learn not to take things Shego wanted and not to get in her way. And while she wasn't fond of using physical violence to get her point across, she had to do it somehow. After all, aren't shock collars only used on the dumbest of dogs?
When the ginger began to pull away, Shego snatched at her hair, then dragged her fingersnails through it before finally letting go. Her grip only tightened on the top, however, and she yanked on it hard. She was not walking out of the store without it. And possibly without giving fire crotch a few bruises along with a lesson in humility.
Shego thought back to last time she had fought over something. The end result had not been pretty. Her father had ended up paying an arm and a leg to reimburse the store owners for the merchandise they had lost. But Shego had walked away with the exact same pair of stilettos she was currently wearing.
"Look, honey, you can make this very easy, or I can kick your ass. The choice is yours. So you might as well just hand over the top like a good little ginger," she jeered, yanking on the top again. [OOC: Fail post is a fail.]

The girl's fingernails dug into Kim's scalp as she pulled away. "Ow," she muttered, unfazed. This was a cat fight, and different than what she was used to, but Kim didn't really think it mattered. After all, she was a master of martial arts, and very few people were at her level when it came to fighting. She blew her hair out of her face and glared at the girl. Did she think she was going to walk away with this top so easily?
"You think you can kick my ass?" Kim asked, not letting go of the shirt. She almost laughed at the thought. "Good luck, 'honey,' but you'd have to pry it from my dead fingers before I let a spoiled brat like you have it." The fact that she had been called a ginger didn't really bother her too much. It wasn't something different, though it was rarely used in such a nasty manner.
The shirt slipped a little in her hands, but she tightened her grip. There was a rip and she found herself stumbling backwards with the embroidered top half in her hands. Her eyes went to the other girl, who had the other half. The girl at the counter walked into a back room.

"Oh, honey--" The word was pure venom on Shego's tongue. "I can assure you, that can easily be arranged." Her free hand clenched into an angry fist, digging her nails into the top still vice-gripped in her other hand.
Shego's blood boiled. Any other time, she wouldn't have wasted her breath on some knock off top. She would've walked away and found something more expensive and sophisticated. But this bitch had flat out defied her, making Shego's temper escalate to dangerous levels. And while she knew she was much classier than what this thing had made her sink to, it would be a cold day in hell before she handed over that top to some good-two-shoes with a superiority complex.
When she felt the ginger's grip of the top loosen, Shego tugged hard on it just as the other girl tightened her grip. The result was a violent ripping sound, and the next thing Shego knew, she was tumbling into a sales rack, cheap, mis-matched articles of clothing crashing to the ground and making a wild racket.
Shego gaped at the shred of clothing still gripped in her hand. It had ripped perfectly down the seam, a modern-day Solomon story. She threw the half-shirt on the ground and stood up, eyes blazing.
"Now look what you did, you stupid bitch!" she screamed.

Kim would have laughed at the girl's threat if she hadn't been so angry. The venom in her voice didn't phase Kim in the least. She was used to it. As soon as the other girl's nails dug into Kim's hand, she felt like round kicking her in the head, but she wasn't going to sink so low. At this point, the shirt didn't even matter. Kim had always been competitive, especially when it came to someone who thought they were the best, and not in the confident way, but the conceited, selfish, stubborn way.
The rip almost made Kim lose her balance, but she caught herself on the desk behind her. The saleswoman was nowhere in sight, but the dark-haired woman on the floor was fuming. Kim stared at the clothes all over the floor and frowned. They were both going to be in so much trouble it wasn't funny. They might not even let her back in the store after this.
Of course, it wasn't totally her fault. She glared at the other girl. "What I did? You were the one who started it," she accused. "If you hadn't made such a big deal about it, and started yanking it out of my hand, this wouldn't have happened!"

Shego was officially pissed. Beyond pissed. She'd lost her cool in public, and her eyes gleamed with bloodlust. She picked up her credit card, which unceremoniously been tossed on the floor in her struggle for the now-ruined top. The silvery surface was scratched from its abuse; this did nothing to alleviate Shego's anger. She tossed the card on top of her purchases, and squared off against the other girl, who still held the other half of the useless top. She was even slightly concerned about the huge conglomerate of clothes on the floor. Her mindset was solely focused on asserting her dominance toward this show-offy ginger.
"No, if you had just handed over the top like a good little girl, this wouldn't have happened," she snapped, refusing to even take the slightest amount of blame over the top. Or the damage likely to be done to the shop by the time was finished putting the other girl in her place.
Brushing the dirt and lint off her arms and clothes, she advanced on the ginger, her face just inches from the other girl. She glared at the defiant confidence in the girl's gaze, and narrowed her eyes. She raised her hand as if preparing to toss her hair as she usually did, but instead she aimed a furious back-hand at the other girl.

Kim's stomach did a small flip, but she refused to let that show on her face. She stared back, intently, but less murderous. The woman behind the counter was gone, so there was nobody around to referee anything that might happen while they were here. The other girl seemed to be primping herself, but as she had seen moments ago, that was when this one seemed to start getting violent. Kimberly felt terrible about the mess they had made, but this girl wasn't going to give up. In fact, the way she was standing told Kim that this wasn't going to be just a cat fight. She wondered if the girl knew what she was doing when it came to fighting? What psychopath would teach this girl martial arts, anyway? She had absolutely no control over herself.
"If I'd have done what?!" Kim snapped. "Handed over the top to a bratty twat like you? You have got to be kidding me!" She knew she was only agging the girl on, but Kim was angry too, and she could be just as stubborn as any spoiled little colorless brat.
It was the oldest trick in the book. The girl tried to take her off guard by acting as if she were going to continue primping, but Kim knew better. As soon as the brat's hand came at her, Kim intercepted it, open palmed, and locked onto her wrist. She gave it a sharp twist and brought it behind the girl's back. "You have no idea what you're dealing with," she hissed in a voice unlike her own.
