History: Angela was still a young baby when her parents gave her up to adoption. Luckily, the house that took care of her was a good one and not one of those packed with not enough food for everyone. No, this place was a good and expensive one, the kind where wealthy parents came looking for their perfect children. However, Angela was not so perfect in the beginning. As a child, she didn't care about brushing her hair or washing her face and she didn't eat as much as she should, which made her look not as cute as other children. Angry, Angela ran away several times, only to be found a couple of hours later.
By the time she entered primary school, she started taking better care of herself, eating properly and taking baths everyday. One week later, a family came by and was interested in adopting her, but they changed their mind and decided they wanted a boy instead. The girl got angry once more and started fight with the other children quite often. And then came the day when the Starks visited the orphanage. Messy hair and grumpy face, 7 years old Angela didn't even got a good look at their face when they decided they wanted her. Something about her intrigued them and as soon as everyone knew, the papers were signed and Angela had gained a new family, a real family.
After that, life couldn't get any better. The couple had decided to adopt a child because they couldn't get pregnant but 2 years after Angela was brought into their lives, Peter was born. A blessing, everyone said. For Angela, it was like she finally really belonged somewhere. At school, she wasn't the brightest but she did try hard, which was enough for her parents.
By the time she entered High School, Angela was constantly picked on by boys. Time had been kind with her and she was no longer the tomboyish girl but a beautiful teenage girl, and boys noticed it. Angela had never had that kind of contact with guys and got curious, but never went forward with more than kissing. Many tried, but she wouldn't let them. Then, a rumor started spreading around her school, that she was a wh*re and that she'd sleep with just about anyone. Overwhelmed by all that, Angela asked for transfer and that's how she end up in Yen Sid Academy.

Kim had heard some of the natives talking about some sort of meeting in the beach. The blond wasn't really paying much attention but fact is, when the sun began to set, most natives were out of the camp. What meeting was this that got the attention of so many Natives? Her parents didn't allow her to go, but that was just one challenge Kim could easily overcome. She had no interest in the meeting itself, she was only interested in knowing why had it captivated so much attention. And if her parents didn't allow her to go, did this have anything to do with the other people who got to the island? Truth was that her older siblings had went to the said meeting, so what was the harm of going as well? What could possibly go wrong in a simple meeting?
As the sun went down, Kimberly escaped through a window and sneaked through the back side of the camp, so that no one would see her. Actually, she was used to doing this. The blond native wasn't exactly the rebellious type of girl, but when they told her 'no', she saw it as a 'try it'. The worst thing that could happen was being caught and being forced to work with her parents and she had done that once or twice so it didn't sound as bad as the first time. Carrying plants, tons of them, wasn't as easy as she would though so initially.
Making her way toward the beach, she started to hear lots of voices. It seemed like she was approaching a big group of people, more than the natives missing in the camp. Was it possible that the natives were meeting with the others? A voice sounded. Let the festivities begin!, it said. Festivities? What festivities? Was that the name they gave to a meeting? Curiosity got the best of her and she walked even more toward the beach. People passed by her, people she had never seen. By the time she got to the beach, she was stunned by the scenery in front of her. There was more people she had ever thought. Although she was curious about it all, she was also scared so she stayed put watching the festivities. How could it be possible natives and the others to communicate so freely? That was still confusing to her. Kim didn't trust people easily, and by people I mean natives, even less the others. But she had to admit it seemed like they were having fun and she felt somewhat tempted to go as well. Maybe she would join them, in a little while.
