Personality: Desa is a leader but her means of leading aren't always good. Desa is ok with breaking rules as long as she get the result she wants. She is narrow minded and only trusts her own thoughts. She believes that everyone is stupid and she often makes fun of people because of it. She is a brilliant doctor but has a horrible bedside manner. Desa is a manupulator and she tends to get angry quick. ( So she may cool down later just like Jumba in the movie but for now she's pure evil)
She doesn't do intimate relationships and she tries to push people away to get to clothes. But she needs Ana and that's the only reason she puts up with her.

History:
Desa Joukov was born only child in the USSR. She fled to America in order to our sue an education in medicine. Desa was a bight young girl who showed promise and drive. She finished med school with high marks and quickly got a job at a New Hampshire Hospital. This is where sheet Ana a cheerful nurse who quickly declared herself Desa's friend.
Desa never really had any friends so the curiosity consumed her enough to allow the friendship to go on. Soon though Ana was the only person at the hospital at Desa could work with ( that would would work with Desa.) Desa was rude and as the head doctor told the physicians and nurses under her to make some questionable decisions sure it saved lives but most of the procedures were experimental or had a high risk factor. So Desa took matters into her own hands and went against hospital regulations.
It didn't take long for this to come to ears of the medical board who quickly had Desa license revoked. Desa could no longer practice medicine. Desa turned to Alcohol and became very angry ( angrier than she already was.) After baling her out twice Ana realized she had to do something for her friend. There had to be a way Desa could still work in the field that she loved without actually practicing medicine.
Several job searches later Ana found YenSid Academy thanks to her friend and former patient Robert Wallace. She had meant him two years ago when he had been admitted to the hospital after suffering a stroke. They had kept in touch and he was the person that told her that the school was hiring a nurse. It was a boarding school and they would soon be opening a college. If she could nurse and Desa could teach it would be perfect. Desa could talk all day about the human body in health,biology, or anatomy while Ana cleaned boogers and if their was anything interesting she'd just call Desa for a second opinion. Desa had no other choice and agreed.
