Personality: Adelaide is a very...outgoing individual. She is quite the character, very hyper and very interesting to be around. People tend to think that she has at lest ten or twelve cups of coffee. A day. She's very bouncy and absolutely loves to meet new people. She is quite friendly and is very easy to get along with. She tends to stay optimistic all the time, never looking at the downside of anything. Even if things look like they are taking a turn for the worst, you can count on Adelaide to always perk up the situation. At a party, she would be the first one to start dancing. She's just not afraid of what people think of her in the long run. If you can't enjoy life, what's the point in living? However, she does not like her height. She is quite the small girl, being nicknamed anything that deals with being small. Squirt being a very popular one of them. However, because of her overly-hyper self, she is also called ADHD. She doesn't really mind that one though. However, she doesn't really enjoy being told what to do. She is a free-spirit type character. She loves to go out and have a good time, not in the "party party" type of way though. She likes to go out to the park, and act like a child. Also, she is bi. She will swing for guys or girls. She is more prone to the guy side, but if a pretty girl walks by and she can tell that the girl is, well, like her, then she will jump on that. She thinks girls are moody, but guys are the same way. She doesn't discriminate.

History: Adelaide was born to Timothy and Aimee Watts in Dublin, Ireland on a quite beautiful June day. Since day one, she had been the overly-active kid, always wanting to participate in different things. Her parents could never quite get her to calm down, at all. Her parents put her through all kinds of classes, and lots of visits to the doctor, but nothing ever seemed to calm her down. She took piano lessons along with different art classes. She had always been one for the outside though. She enjoyed bright flowers, climbing trees, and then proceeding to jump off the trees. Her parents had no idea how to put up with the child. Don't get me wrong, they loved her to death. They just could not deal with someone so hyper. So, they sent her here to Yen Sid to see if she would calm down here. Obviously, no. She is still the same, hyper, bubbly self. However, if she wanted to calm down she could, but she wasn't exactly prone to listening to adults. She believes in the free spirit kind of stuff and loved to cause up some trouble. And she has an outrageously super duper Irish accent and loves to see how people react and stuff, so she does like to talk a bit. She was here last year, so she knows her way around the school.

She wasn't sure why she enjoyed the mornings so much. Maybe it was the lack of people that were yelling or causing commotion? Probably. But it wasn't like she wondered the streets of Fire Island or anything. She normally just crashed at the beach if she had nothing better to do; which is what she was planning on doing. She uncovered herself from her purple and blue covers and rubbed her eyes, not really wanting to get out of bed. Once she woke up, she stayed up normally. She hopped in the shower for a quick seven minute shower (which her showers never took too long) and got dressed. She just threw on a pair of shorts, a Nirvana tank (with a hoodie sweatshirt over it) and her favorite pair of high tops. She added her charm bracelet that her brother gave her and her heart necklace that her grandfather had given to her for a birthday. She finally added the finishing touches, a hat.
She grabbed her guitar and her keys and headed out the door. Her father usually didn't mind her just leaving since she always had her phone on her no matter where she was or the situation of the matter. She just double checked that her phone was on her; yes. She thought about driving her small blue ford focus, but decided to just take the calm walk down to the beach. She didn't mind the rather lengthy walk because it was so calm in the mornings; the sun was rising, people were just waking up, and the birds were flying all around. She smiled as she looked up and saw the small white birds flying in flocks. Even though twenty minutes had passed and she had just arrived at the beach, she didn't mind that much. More time to spend with herself and no one else.
She took her normal spot on the beach, being about half way from the water to the parking lot/ground area. She looked around before planting her butt on the ground, smiled, and plopped on the ground. The sand was cool against the bare skin of her legs from wearing shorts. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She got out her guitar and played a few chords back to back to make sure it was in tune. Well, it was mostly in tune, but her face turned sour at the sound of the plain high G string. Super flat. She raised the pitch to where it actually sounded kind of like a G and then fined tuned it. Her face relaxed and she took a deep breath from the sound of the newly tuned sound.
She started plucking the chords and then began the song, "There I was again tonight forcing laughter, faking smiles. Same old tired, lonely place. Walls of insincerity. Shifting eyes and vacancy vanished when I saw your face. All I can say is it was enchanting to meet you." She closed her eyes and just played the song. She didn't really think it was a good song that she'd came up with at like, three in the morning. But, when inspiration hit, she had to do something about it, right? She wasn't sure why she had come up with so many relationship-esque songs; she didn't want to have a boyfriend. She was done with men after the ginger had ruined it, as well as her mother. Gross. She cleared her head and just played the rest of the song out. "Please don't be in love with someone else. Please don't have somebody waiting on you." She strummed the last chord and just feel back in the sand, her guitar laying on her stomach.
